Texture sprayer machine operation instructions and precautions
DP-TX450 Texture Sprayer machine
- Read the instructions carefully before using the new machine, and prepare the protection of electric/gas/spraying operator.
- Before using the texture spray machine, drain the water inside the high-pressure pipe, then pour the stirred hot rubber powder or cellulose into the drum after mixed, and turn on the machine then lubricate the high-pressure hose and machine, then pour texture paint. (Suggest add some water when mixing)
- If the materials with large particles or poor fluidity of the emulsion components,recommended that the starting speed should not be too fast,otherwise the high pressure hose will be block. If the spray gun or high pressure hose is blocked,stop using the spray gun(otherwise the machine will continue to pressurize and the tube will burst, and the machine will be damaged or heavy casualties). Adjust the rear switch of the machine to the pressure relief state，After venting the pressure,Constantly smashing the pipe block until it is completely open.
- Different materials have different discharge speed and air pressure requirements for the machine. Please adjust patiently.For users with high requirements on the air source, it is recommended that the outlet air hose can be directly inserted into the bottom of the pneumatic sensor and air no need passing through the air pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge.
- After the sprayer machine is used, it should be cleaned immediately with water. After cleaning, use a sponge ball to dip the detergent to the pipeline to clean it. If you continue to use it in the next day, you can put the gun in the in the water after release the pressure. the surface of the remaining real texture paint in the bucket is sprinkled with a little water to prevent the texture from drying out, so the next day, you can continue to work and spray.
