DP-X3 or DP-X6 is applicable for spraying low viscosity paint material like latex and acrylic coatings, enamel, lacquer, stains, emulsion etc. suitable for for light-duty projects such as decks, fences, and other painting projects. airless paint sprayer for DIY / Hobby users and also small contractor.

The sprayer could operate 8 hours a day, but we don’t recommend you to take this small airless pump sprayer for contractor daily use.

and the X3 small portable airless paint spraying pump is not recommended for high viscosity paint, you may need to dilute with 5-10% water or thinner.

but X6 has more powerful motor, maybe support heavier paint.

Re: water based paint or oil based paint

our standard airless sprayer is designed for water based paint only. if you want to spray oil based paint, or you need thinner to add into the paint, you need talk to us, and we can offer the 2nd choice of the same pump, but with different components like O-rings / Gasket …. which is resistant to the thinner.

Annual usage is a general guideline to help with product selection only. With good care and routine maintenance, the sprayer should last for years.

Suggested airless spray gun tip size:

use 311 / 313 when you spray the lacquer or stains onto the narrow size wood, or maybe 411 / 413 is ok if the wood is not so narrow.

use 515 / 517 to spray the acrylic paint, latex, enamel, emulsion when you spray onto the wall / roofing / house.
