Warranty Information
Dino-Power guarantees that all equipment manufactured by Dino-Power and bearing its name is free from material and workmanship defects as of the original purchase date. Except for any special, extended, or limited warranties published by Dino-Power, the company will, for a period of twelve months from the purchase date, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Dino-Power to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated, and maintained according to Dino-Power’s written guidelines.
This warranty does not cover, and Dino-Power will not be responsible for, general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage, or wear resulting from improper installation, misuse, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or incorrect maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Dino-Power component parts. Additionally, Dino-Power will not be responsible for malfunction, damage, or wear caused by the incompatibility of Dino-Power equipment with structures, accessories, equipment, or materials not supplied by Dino-Power, or by improper design, manufacture, installation, operation, or maintenance of structures, accessories, equipment, or materials not provided by Dino-Power.
This warranty is contingent upon the prepaid return of the equipment claimed to be defective to an authorized Dino-Power distributor for verification of the defect. If the defect is confirmed, Dino-Power will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge. The equipment will be returned to the original purchaser with transportation prepaid. If the inspection reveals no defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which may include the costs of parts, labor, and transportation.
