DP-FA60 Polyurethane/Polyurea/Foam Insulation Sprayer equipment is specially designed for
professional polyurea spraying (or polyurethane spraying) that requires
higher pressure and higher temperature, and the sprayer equipment is pneumatic compressor powered/air-driven with digital system control and easy to operate.
Applications:
Polyurea, Polyurehtane foam, 2-components spray, spouting, heat insulation, foam insulate packing,
PU foam filling jobs, tank and pip coating, roof insulation.
specially designed for A. ISO isocyanate ; B. Polyol two components mixing and spraying.
Feature:
1. The spray gun has air auto-cleaning spray system, easy for use and easy cleeaning
2. The Foam / polyurea sprayer equipment system equipped with cart and big wheel, for easy moving
3. Stainless steel fluid transfer pump wet parts for corrosion-resistant,
with good quality PTFE v-packing included for less maintenance .
4. The polyurea spraying machine has total 16kw heater for fast heating and higher temperature(max.90 C degrees).
5. Easy reading control board for easy operating and working.
6. Transfer pump ratio for the sprayer is 8:3
