DP-N5A Automatic Mixing Cement mortar Sprayer With Frequency Conversion

DP-N5 and DP-N5A cement mortar sprayers are economical and practical design for mortar spraying.

It can mix the material automatically in hopper. Machine with frequency conversion can be produced. Durable and high efficiency for wall cement mortar spraying.

Specification for N5 Cement mortar sprayer machine:

1. Control box: the core of the machine, to drive the motor, air&water pump.

2. Safety cover& quick unpack gear&material hopper: the material can be unpack by the gear

on the net cover, and be even poured into the tank.

3. Quick snap: easy to fix the material hopper and the cart.

4. The mortar spray machine use a 4 KW motor & retarder to drives the twister for material transportation in high efficiency.

5. The mortar spray machine has a large capacity stirrer tank for quick and even mixing of cement mortar material.

6. The Water inlet will lead water into the machine from outside automatically.

7. Spinning form twister&Screw Pump: the material will be transport to the outlet by the screw pump after the quick and even mixing by twister.

8. Pressure controller+adjust the pressure of the mortar pipe to avoid the suddenness

mortar pipe connector; very easy to connect with the machine.

9. The mortar spray machine has a built in air compressor with over 250L/min air output capacity,

Q1: What's your MOQ minimum order quantity for formal order?

A: Our MOQ is 10-100 units depends on the model. For small pump or spray guns , the MOQ is 100. and for large capacity pump, the MOQ could be 10. We can accept 1 or 2 units for sample testing order.

Q2: What's your payment terms?

A: We could accept L/C, T/T and Paypal or Western Union, also accept the payment against B/L copy . We can offer credit payment term for our long year cooperated representatives.

Q3: What is the lead time?

A: Sample order: 3-5days, mass production 20-40 days for the formal order.
