This item is a professional paint sprayer machine, we offer 2 years warranty but except the easily worn parts (like piston rod, v-packing, spray gun, hose, tip, tube etc.)

The brushless motor doesn’t have a carbon brush, so it never get sparks during spraying. Then you could use it for any explosionable area. 2nd the brushless motor is inteligent than brush motor, it could adjust the speed itself so as to stablize the spraying pressure and get an even finish. No matter you’re spraying with 0.011″ small tip or 0.031″ big tip size, you will always have the best pressure to atomize the coating.

We need 100pcs as minimum order quantity for OEM orders (logo sticker manual color and package). but if you only need your own sticker and manual & package, we can accept 50pcs to print it for you.

We will start the production as soon as we receive the deposit. normally we need 30-40 days as production period, and 10-40 days for sea shipping which depends on your country and sea port.

Normally Horizontal will give you a better result. because you must hold the sprayer completely straight at the wall, you need to make sure the spray gun nozzle is always 250-300mm distance far from the wall, so it’s much harder to do if you are spraying from top to bottom

Can the airless sprayer spray the oil based coating?

yes, we use stainless steel material for all the fluid passing components, even the fittings or swivel connectors.

and for the suction tube, it use aluminum anodizing treatment and the rubber tube has nylon layer inside so that the tube won’t get rust or corrosion with solvent / thinner.
