X81 Professional Airless Sprayer (short pump)

it has durable corrugated carton which contains plywood base pallet, and plywood cover.

The standard hose size is 3/8*15m in the sprayer package. we could change to 1/2*15m with extra cost, and some clients want to put 30m longer hose with extra cost. so just tell us your requirement, we’ll make it as per your request.

we use stainless steel or other special material which is guaranteed rust proof, and also resistant to thinner / chemical / acid etc.

We use Tungsten carbide ball & ball seat for ensure the longest lifetime and durability of the texture sprayer, while others use cheaper material.

The Tungsten carbide ball is much heavier than other material, so that it could seal the pump quickly as soon as the piston moves up or down, that means the spraying pressure will not drop down due to its quick action. The cheaper ball has less weight, and it acts slowly when the pressure drop down a lot!

The texture sprayer machine must be cleaner every day after you finish the painting job, if you leave the sprayer machine and material for over half day, we recommend you to put the spray gun into the water, then the material won’t get dried.

But don’t leave the machine to next day, it must be cleaner every day.

Before daily spraying job, remember to add the lubricating oil for prolong the lifetime of the v-packing.

The filters must be cleaner everyday also, which include the suction vilter, pump manifold filer, spray gun filter.

normally the sprayer machine is over heating due to:

1. the electricity is not stable
2. the connecting wire is too thin, or too long, or there’re 2 or more tools are using the same wire which will cause unstable electricity also. so if you connect this sprayer with 20m 30m long cable, please make sure it’s over 3*4 mm2.
3. the spraying tip is too small for this big machine. If you keep use 0.013 0.015 0.017 0.019 small tip size for such a big machine, the motor can’t work full cycle smoothly and always forced no running and then it will easily get overheating due to its low speed. we recommend to use bigger tip size more than 0.025 inch. The motor is running and the fan is turning, then the heating is exhausted easily.
